This past year has been one of the most fulfilling and rewarding times of my life. Caitlin and I celebrated another anniversary as we watch Ava grow up quicker than ever.  My go to photographer, Jimmy Chu have been there for our engagement in New York City, the pregnancy reveal in Washington D.C., and most recently, San Francisco.  I am grateful that we chose him to capture the progression over our special stages in life no matter which city especially the fact that I reside in Texas. Over the last 4 months, I planned a surprise trip to San Francisco for Caitlin and Ava; a moment to unwind and forget our daily responsibilities and focus on creating memories. Our hotels booked, rental car reserved and within a few clicks, the trip was set. Sounds simple but there's more to it. It took hidden credit card bills, secretive conversations between her boss and I and an unexplained tight budget for the household. Everything was set in place to have a memorable time.
